This place is in a great location, close to everything we needed. Trams, shops, and commercial services were all within easy reach. The room amenities were fantastic, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. The staff were friendly and the swimming pool was a great place to relax.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

crema espresso was 15 mins walk away. within walking distance the star gold coast. location adjacent to victoria avenue bus stop, only 20 minutes walk away. we enjoyed breakfree diamond beach.

Excellent pool area. Good cooking and cleaning facilities. Great gardens and privacy. Spacious room. Convenient location near shopping, beaches, and dining. Large and enjoyable pools. Well-equipped accommodation with a lovely balcony. Heated spas were a nice touch.

The pool lagoon area was fantastic; loved the luxury tropical stting , the different temperature pools and the waterfall.

Reception was very poor. We were given a room without air conditioning, When my husband told her it was unacceptable for him in hthis heat she said she did n't care if it caused him to drop dead of a heart attack due to heat exhauastion, Se said it was not her problem. He was asked to return to the room for our booking info and on his return he was met by another staff member who had upgraded us to a 2 bedroom with air con. This room was now on the third floor at the back of the complex and had renovations being done on it daily; but at least we were cool and had the option of the 2nd bedroom as there was only a queen in the master and we had requested a king bed.

Enjoyed the pools, the beautifully maintained tropical gardens and the spotlessly clean barbecue facilities. Close to the beach and shops.

Had a lovely Easter stay at this apartment complex. Facilities included a fantastic pool and spa area, great for families. The apartment was spacious with a large balcony ideal for relaxing after a day at the nearby beach. had secure underground parking which was a bonus.

Although the location was great, the apartment definitely needed some maintenance. The outdoor furniture was dirty and unusable, and the carpet felt damp.

It was 5 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to Pacific Fair. The walk to Broadbeach Mall and Oasis is about 15-20 mins and gets annoying after a while. The resort has a large pool and heated spa. It's great it you have young children and can't dine out much or prefer to cook BBQs around a pool with family and friends. Pool is open until 10pm so you can enjoy while you eat and have drinks. The resort is also only afew minutes walk to the main highway where you can catch frequent buses to themeparks and surfers.

The Resort , especially the rooms are very run down, and clearly not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are a 3 star at the most. We were 2 adults and 4 older kids staying in a 3 bedroom apartment on the second level. The carpets and couch did not appear clean. Windows and screens in bedrooms were dusty and grimey. Smells in bathrrom and the stairwell were annoying. The apartment was roomy, but very average. The walk to restaurants/shops in Broadbeach everyday got tedious. If you plan to visit the Surfers Paradise area frequently, pay abit more and just stay in Surfers because the bus trips up and down get costly and waste too much time. Recommend Crown Towers instead.

The only feature that really impressed us was the Pool/Spa Facilities. We did have fun there. The beds/rooms were acceptable to sleep in.

The apartment was not clean on our arrival. We phoned reception to come and clean the apartment. They did come and clean it and wash where I showed them that it was dirty, but the initial impression when entering, was poor. Fans and Stove(plates) are rusted!Expected a better conditioned facility for the 4 star rating that i paid for.

We recently spent a weekend at a resort close to the sea. The two-bedroom unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved having our own kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. The resort had a great pool area with a beautiful playground and spa that our kids enjoyed. We also liked the fact that it was located close to the beach and within a reasonable distance to the main road.

There were a few things that we didn't like about the resort. the resort did not offer free Wi-Fi which we had to pay extra for.

Apartments were in urgent need of renovation and looking very dated. Apt no 1033. Also the card security system is poor and not practical or easy to use.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was excellent as it was close to main shops, restaurants, and bars. The hotel facilities were great, especially the heated pool and extensive BBQ facilities. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing quick check-in and check-out.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location, with proximity to Broadbeach shops and a stone's throw from the beach. it's conveniently located near public transport and pick-up spots for activities and theme parks. The pools and BBQ facilities are well-maintained, and the staff are courteous and accommodating.

There are some drawbacks to keep in mind. Some guests have reported outdated furnishings, with dirty lounges, stained bedding, and old carpeting.
